Championing Inclusivity at ARBS 2024 Women in HVAC&R Program ARBS 2024 raises the bar for inclusivity with the Women in HVAC&R Program. This initiative will spotlight the vital contributions of women in the industry and offers a space for networking and peer engagement. The program fosters connections and encourages the translation of dialogue into tangible action steps for gender diversity in the workplace. This is a not-to-be-missed event for all women working in HVAC&R and building services and all men who want to increase participation by women. It’s an all-of-industry approach, being a joint initiative of AMCA Australia, AIRAH and ARBS, with speakers from other industry organisations including ASHRAE, ASBEC and Building Commission NSW.
