Championing Inclusivity at ARBS 2024 Women in HVAC&R Program ARBS 2024 raises the bar for inclusivity with the Women in HVAC&R Program. This initiative will spotlight the vital contributions of women in the industry and offers a space for networking and peer engagement. The program fosters connections and encourages the translation of dialogue into tangible action steps for gender diversity in the workplace. This is a not-to-be-missed event for all women working in HVAC&R and building services and all men who want to increase participation by women. It’s an all-of-industry approach, being a joint initiative of AMCA Australia, AIRAH and ARBS, with speakers from other industry organisations including ASHRAE, ASBEC and Building Commission NSW. Time: 7.30am-9.30am Event: Women of AIRAH Breakfast Speaker: Ginger Scoggins Cost: $70/$90 (member/non-member) (individual session: book via AIRAH website) Time: 10.00am-11.00am Event: Diversity Panel. “Diversity Drives Success: Empowering Industry Together” Panellists: Irfan Hai (TAFE NSW), Caroline Fitzgerald (Woolworths Group), Aaron Clarke (AG Coombs), Alison Scotland (ASBEC) Cost: $50 (individual session) Time: 11.00am-Midday Event: Women in HVAC Keynote – by AMCA Australia. “Enough Talk.
