Vanessa is leading the industry capability uplift of the building and construction industry for Building Commission NSW. Driving collaboration with educators and industry professionals to develop an innovative digital learning platform and energise training and education standards across the industry. In addition to driving education uplift Vanessa has recently led the Commissions first women in construction survey exploring the barriers women face in the industry, entering and staying. Fostering a culture of inclusivity is paramount to Vanessa, aiming to appeal to the next generation of talent. Vanessa brings previous experience in government regulation, including legislative reform, litigation, and regulatory compliance, along with her passion for customer-centric transformation programs.
