Mark is a Technical Director for Aurecon, with a background in building services engineering and sustainable design. Mark has a PhD and is a published author in engineering design and simulation. He uses his technical knowledge to develop and optimise sustainable solutions for his clients. Mark is the chair of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers for Australia, helping to advance and promote the art, science and practice of building services engineering. He invests his time in educating the engineering community, sharing research, ideas and supporting the community of built environment professionals in their pursuit of excellence. Mark is passionate about designing better-performing buildings and improving existing facilities for society and the environment.

Jennifer is an Associate at Atelier Ten in Sydney with a focus on sustainability and building performance. Jennifer brings more than a decade of deep experience in sustainable building design, delivering world leading sustainability in projects in Australia and the UK. Jennifer is an advocate for sustainable design that looks beyond short-term project aspirations to deliver holistic, whole of life performance solutions. She is passionate about the importance of collaboration in meeting the next generation of sustainability challenge, and has held leadership roles within LETI (the UK-based Low Energy Transformation initiative) and now as the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) NSW committee chair.
