Details

For all the talk about valuable outcomes on smart building projects, these too often get lost in the noise and complexity of project design and construction processes. A value framework can be a powerful tool to help maintain the focus on what really matters to the client. In this session, we’ll explore how you can first find true client value, explain some practical ways to describe, structure and prioritise that value and review ways to translate high level client value into functional and technical scopes that can be delivered by the project team. We’ll look at a selection of project methodologies as well as discussing some practical examples of applying a value framework on real life projects. If you’ve been scratching your head about why smart buildings are so complex to deliver, this is the session for you. Seminar Cost - $40
