Mark Jones AM.AIRAH has been in the HVAC&R industry for over 35 years and a member of AIRAH for over 26 years. Mark has extensive experience covering project commissioning, project management, system design and sales & marketing management. As National Sales Manager – Indoor Air Quality at CAREL Australia, Mark is supporting the Australian and New Zealand humidification and air to air heat exchanger markets using his understanding of the psychometrics involved in maintaining a healthy indoor air quality and experience covering residential through commercial and healthcare markets, pharmaceutical manufacturing and defence applications. Mark has been involved in AIRAH’s DA13 FANS Application Manual review panel and has presented to multiple state division meetings, and a Streamline online presentation.

Blake has been with Condair for almost 10 years. During this time, he has held several positions in different areas of the business. Blake’s experience commenced in a supporting role for sales, service, and dispatch at Aireven in 2014 – a former Condair distributor In 2019, he assisted in the transition of Aireven to become part of the Condair Group. Promoted to Operations Manager in 2021 and then made a Director of Condair Australia in 2023. Taking over the role as Managing Director in 2024, Blake is focused on expanding the service business and further develop the data center business segment in Australia.

Marcus Pine is the Founder & Managing Director of DEHUM PTY LTD. His career over the last 15 years has been focussed on Humidity Control & Ventilation. Marcus is an Electrician by trade, and has been involved in the HVAC industry for 25 years, powering fans and controlling HVAC systems for the first 10 years. Since 2009 after identifying the need for Better IAQ in Australian buildings mainly due to our climate, He has been active specifically in importing and distribution of Dehumidifiers, Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems and Humidifiers. He has been involved in Humidity control and/or Ventilation projects such as Indoor swimming Pools, Energy efficient homes, Offices, Museums, Medicinal cannabis growing and drying, Food Processing, Hospitals, Schools, Universities, Mining and Mineral storage, Military, Manufacturing, Aviation, Marine, Explosives.

Brad Prezant is a public health and occupational health scientist, with an epidemiology and public health focus and perspective. He works primarily as a consultant, with additional experience as a University-based research scientist. Brad holds degrees in Public and Environmental Health (MSPH) with a focus on occupational health and epidemiology, and General Administration (MBA), WELL Building Professional, Assessor, & Advisor. Brad’s work in 2020-2022 focused on assessing and remediating buildings for minimizing infection risk from COVID. He assesses buildings for ventilation, achieving optimal ventilation for minimising transmission of infection such as COVID-19, and makes recommendations for various mitigation strategies.

Dean Scicluna has been working in the HVAC industry for 25 Years specialising in humidity control for industrial and commercial applications as well as innovative cooling for the data centre industry. Dean currently holds the position of Director Pacific HCT - Humidity Control Technologies, Munters. Dean is based in Sydney and maintains a supportive role for the APAC region including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, India, and South East Asia. Dean holds a degree in Engineering and International Studies as well as a Masters of Business Administration. He has been active in designing dehumidification, humidification, and cooling for battery manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, hospital surgeries, museum & gallery storage, defence preservation, data centres, food manufacturing and the utility industries. Dean maintains professional engagement holding memberships in AREMA, AIRAH, and ASHRAE, providing inspiration to develop world leading sustainable systems for industry.
